Welcome to ZGO eSIM (zgofy.ai). By browsing or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy our plans.
2. Products & services
We sell digital eSIM data plans for travelers. Delivery is by email (QR / AC). Once the QR is sent or the profile is installed, the product is used/delivered as described in the Refund Policy.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate checkout information.
4. Activation & usage
Plan length and data allowances are those shown on the product page. We are not responsible for local coverage gaps, carrier outages, or device incompatibility. Installation help: Installation Guide.
5. Refunds
Digital eSIM sales follow the Refund Policy. In short: QR sent or profile installed generally means no refund; undelivered service or our error may qualify within 3 days.
6. Prohibited use
Do not resell, abuse, or fraudulently use plans. We may cancel service without refund for violations.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ZGO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost data or connectivity) arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; the date above will change. Continued use means acceptance.
